    Claudio

Claudio is our General Manager and key contact for all our guests. Originally from Modena, Claudio has an exciting past. He spent many years as a mechanic in Formula 1 and Formula E, traveling the world with the teams. After a career shift, he now brings his energy to running Cascina Cipressa.  Claudio’s passion for motorsports hasn’t faded—he could talk for hours about his time in racing! Don’t forget to ask him about his collection of miniature F1 cars—he loves to share stories. Claudio is also known for his fun-loving nature and enjoys chatting and joking with guests, making everyone feel right at home.

    Daiana

Daiana is our talented Chef de Cuisine, bringing a world of culinary experience to Cascina Cipressa. A proud Tuscan at heart, she spent years running her own restaurant in Gran Canaria, Spain. In our kitchen, Daiana combines her passion for authentic Tuscan cuisine with her love for fresh, organic ingredients.

    Artur & Monica

Originally from Poland, Artur and Monica have called Tuscany home for over 20 years. They fell in love with the region on a holiday, sold everything in Poland, and started a new life surrounded by nature. Artur has extensive experience working at one of the region’s largest vineyards and now manages the vineyard and olive groves at Cascina Cipressa. If you spot him among the vines, don’t hesitate to stop for a chat—he’s always happy to share his knowledge! Monica oversees the logistics of the agriturismo, ensuring that everything keeps running smoothly.  Together with Claudio, she is the main contact for our guests. Her greatest satisfaction is seeing guests enjoy their time at Cascina Cipressa to the fullest.

    Mariella

Mariella is a true Tuscan through and through. She’s the mother figure of our agriturismo: warm, kind, and always ready to lend a helping hand. In the morning, you’ll find her in the kitchen preparing our memorable breakfasts. With her baking talent, she could easily win a spot on Bake-Off, but luckily for us, her unbeatable fresh pastries are made just for our guests. Don’t miss the chance to try them! Together with Elena, Mariella also takes care of the rooms.
