Our 10 thoughtfully designed rooms and family apartment offer breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside.

Our rooms accommodate 2 to 3 people, with one family room that can sleep up to 4. All 10 rooms are located on the upper floor. Our family two-storey apartment has a private entrance and sleeps 4 people.

Rooms with ensuite Bathroom

All rooms have an ensuite bathroom. They are inspired by traditional Tuscan decor with traditional ceilings with terracotta tiles and wooden beams. All rooms are non-smoking and are cleaned daily.

Comfort & Convenience

You will find everything you need for a relaxing stay, including an ensuite bathroom with toiletries, hair dryer and towels, comfortable beds with fresh linen, air-conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and a flat screen satellite TV.

What we offer

Room rates include bed & breakfast. Lunch and/or dinner can be booked at our Cipressino restaurant at the ground floor. Half board formula is available on request.

Our accommodation has a free parking lot next to the building with 2 EV charging stations at your disposal.

The swimming pool with shower is surrounded by olive trees and offers stunning views. It is open between May and September. Chairs, long chairs and umbrellas are available to offer you a relaxing stay at the pool. Pool towels are available on request.

For our guests we also have four electric mountain bikes available for renting. Bringing your own bicycles? We offer you cleaning facilities and safe storage of your bicycles.

  • Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00

  • Check-out: from 7:00 to 13:00

Please inform us in case of a late arrival or early departure.
