There is no agriturismo without a productive farm. At Cascina Cipressa we grow fine quality olive trees and cultivate Sangiovese and Merlot grapes in our vineyard.

Aside from our wine and extra virgin olive oil production we also grow vegetables and fruits to use in our Cipressino restaurant.

From Grove to Table

We produce our own extra virgin olive oil from olives grown in our groves and harvested each autumn with care and tradition. In our restaurant, our chef incorporates this oil into the dishes, bringing that extra local touch to the table.

From Grape to Wine

We cultivate our vineyards to produce our own wine. From vine to bottle, each step follows local tradition. Enjoy our wines in the restaurant or take a bottle home—available for purchase at the property.
